What you need

Before you begin, have your company email, website URL, and team members' email addresses ready.

Step-by-step setup

Create your workspace
Go to app.heysynk.app and sign up. Choose a workspace slug — this is your login identifier.

Invite your agents
Go to Admin Panel → Agents → Invite Agent. Enter email addresses and assign roles.

Embed the widget
Copy the one-line script from Admin Panel → Chat Widget and paste it before </body> on your website.
Note
Your workspace slug cannot be changed after creation. Choose it carefully — it appears in your login URL.
