Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. You can change as many times as you need.
What happens when I hit free plan limits?
AI Reply is disabled until next month reset. You can still reply manually. Upgrade anytime to lift all limits immediately.
Do you offer a free trial?
All new workspaces start on a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card needed. After 14 days you move to Free automatically if you do not upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Invoices available on request for Pro plan customers.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. No setup fees, no per-conversation charges, no overage fees. The price you see is what you pay.
